The Governor swore in Mr John Vaughan, SC as a Judge of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Her Excellency attended the Returned and Services League of Australia (WA) 2018 ANZAC Day Dawn Service.  Following this, the Governor attended the Jewish Community Council ANZAC Day Service at the Jewish War Memorial. 

Later that morning, the Governor took the salute and addressed the Returned and Services League of Australia (WA) 2018 ANZAC Day Parade and Commemorative Service. Read the address here.

Tuesday, 24th April 2018

The Governor received Mr Nick Hagley, Clerk of the Executive Council.  Following this, the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.  In the evening, the Governor attended the West Australia Opera’s performance of “The Cunning Little Vixen.

Monday, 23rd April 2018

The Governor Mr Bob Southwell, Chief Executive Officer, True Blue Dreaming.  In the evening, the Governor hosted a reception to thank her Honorary Aides-de-Camp for their service during her tenure.

The Governor attended the Choral Evensong commemorating the Centenary of the 51st Battalion AIF counter-attack at Villers-Bretonneux, France.
