Congratulatory Messages

Requests can be made for congratulatory messages to be sent to Western Australian residents celebrating significant birthdays and wedding anniversaries, as listed in the criteria below.

Applications for these messages are welcome from any relative, friend, or Member of Parliament. When accepted, this office will arrange a congratulatory message from the Governor of Western Australia.

Requests for messages are forwarded to the Offices of the Prime Minister, the Premier and the State and Federal Leaders of the Opposition. Requests that are eligible for a message from the Governor-General or The Queen will be forwarded to Government House, Canberra.
