CONGRATULATORY MESSAGES

Requests can be made for congratulatory messages to be sent to Western Australian residents celebrating their 100th, 105th (and every year thereafter) Birthdays, and couples celebrating their 50th, 60th, 65th, 70th or 75th Wedding Anniversaries.

Messages (including belated) are sent only on written requests and must include a photocopy of the relevant Birth or Marriage certificates. (Statutory Declarations are also acceptable)

For privacy reasons, there is no alert from government records of Anniversaries or Birthdays.

To ensure that a Message arrives in time, a relative, friend or Local Member of Parliament needs to complete an Application Form and return it to Government House at least 4-6 weeks in advance of the Anniversary or Birthday.
